SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pickup

Calgary: Local pickup can be Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please inform us at the time of order if you wish to have a curbside pickup.

 

Edmonton: Local pickup can be arrange.

 

Canada Wide Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2-7 days. Flat rate shipping on single product orders are $10 to Ontario, Quebec, PEI, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. Flat rate shipping on single product orders are $8 to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta (outside local pickup zone) and British Columbia.

Any order of 2 or more products will have free delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Returns must be requested within 60 days of purchase. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, except charges from your financial institution, if any. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be within 60 days of the initial purchase. The product must be shipped back to ROUU BABY.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us at rouubaby@gmail.com with your name (first and last), order number, the reason you wish to exchange and what product you would like to exchange to.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Returns & exchanges may be shipped to:

We will not be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of a return receipt delivery.
