At what age can I start using the sling for my child?

• We recommend 6 months or once the child is able to sit unassisted, ensuring the have adequate neck and back strength.

Will the slings work for any type/size of body?

• The Original fits S-L | The Rouu Baby II fits XS - XXL | The Luxe fits XXS-3XL

What is the maximum weight for this carrier?

• 6 months or when the infant can sit up unassisted up to 40 lbs comfortably 45 lbs safe

How do I wash the Rouu Baby?

• The Rouu Baby is machine washable. Use a gentle detergent, and hang to dry.

Can you use two carriers in tandem with twins?

• We suggest only wearing one sling at a time. As a parent of twin, you likely are use to carrying both of your babies as the same time but you need both hands to get the child in and out of the carrier safely 

What is the difference between the Original and the ROUU BABY II? 

• The Rouu Baby II is the new and improved carrier.
